The first individual to provide actionable information that actually results in the recovery of the Plaintiffs’ funds may potentially be eligible for a reward in the amount of 5% of funds recovered as a direct result of the information provided by that individual.

If, for example, an individual provides information about the location of funds (country, financial institution, account name, etc.) and we are able to recover those funds as a result of the specific information provided, the individual who provided that information may be entitled to a reward.

However, under the law that governs the program, U.S., state, local, and foreign government employees are generally not eligible for a reward if they provide information obtained in the performance of their official duties.
